Further to the recent launch of the new e-commerce website for Arch Catering Services, we subsequently embarked on the next phase of the project. To generate a series of landing pages designed specifically to target Google searches for particular kithcen appliances in particular areas.
Arch Catering supply commercial catering appliances for professional kitchens, bars and restaurants. The new e-commerce website enables customers to browse and purchase their kitchen products.
Based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, the website initially obtained good Google positioning for local searches in Stevenage and East Hertfordhire.
Having then discussed with Arch Catering, we undertook plans and measures to extend the visibility of the website into Essex.
We looked at several product categories to initially evaluate their prospects for attaining good returns on local Google searches. We then identified 3 product categories that we believed could attain good results and set about building the respective landing pages.
Eash product category was to have its own associated landing page and whilst eash page would share the same look and feel of the main website, it was important to create each page with its own unique format, copy and structure.
Since the introduction of the new landing pages, the results are already proving a success. The goal of achieving high ranking, organic SEO driven, and targeted pages for targeted product keyword searches is already achieving the desired results.
Organic SEO needn’t be cloaked with “smoke and mirrors”. It’s just about following simple structured guidelines and protocols. There’s no secret key. As long as you take the time to properly assess your goals and implement a structured framework with the right balance in your web pages, you can achieve the results you want.
